This clinic is staffed by volunteers from the local community. It may include physicians who are in private or group practice, nurses, medical assistants and mid-level care providers (physician-assistants and nurse practitioners) as well as social workers, medical technicians and other non-medical community volunteers. These individuals may be employed in local offices of the surrounding area or facilities such as local hospitals. The same provider may not be present on subsequent clinic days so you may not be seen by the same individual the next time you visit the clinic.

Provision of care at this clinic by these physicians and supporting staff does not, in any way, imply that you will be seen in their offices. Please do not try to contact them at their offices for follow-up care. If you have any problems or concerns, please address them at a subsequent visit to the clinic or go to your local emergency room.

Individuals cannot request medical advise or any topic of a medical nature via email or through this website. Only emails that are non-medical related will receive a response.
