The current economic changes have left large numbers of people, both individuals and entire families, in need. It is our hope that this clinic will relieve some fraction of duress for those individuals. We are not an emergency department but we offer basic medical services for acute and chronic medical problems.

Our mission is to offer quality, free healthcare to those in need including the un-insured, under-insured and the displaced. To educate individuals about their health and empower them to take control of it by providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge about available resources.  We view each individual’s health as encompassing their physical, emotional, and social needs. We strive to provide for such needs with professionalism, dignity and respect.

One of our objectives is to facilitate dialogue and relationships among the existing charitable and non-profit organizations as well as the current social services in our city.  We are able to direct individuals to existing social service agencies that exist in our community.
We visualize Tracy Free Clinic as a bridge for those in transition until they obtain insurance.

If you have insurance, please see your physician for care. The Tracy Free Clinic does not provide care to those who have medical insurance.
